This is to confirm that both Nationwide Credit Inc. and JP MORGAN CHASE agree to a settlement for $4000 in regards to above reference account. The payment for $4000 should be in on or before the 31st of July 09, settlement if paid JP MORGAN CHASE, will be notified to make the proper adjustment to any derogatory credit records as settled in full. Accepting this offer will end your obligation for this debt, at a substantial cost saving compared to your account balance.
If any of the above conditions are not adhered to, the agreement is bull and void.
