Qualifications:
Previous experience in the debt management, credit counseling, financial services, or insurance fields is preferable. Must have minimum two-year’s customer service or phone sales experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Team player and able to work independently
- Able to multi-task
- Experience reading sales scripts and making sales presentations
- Possess sales closing skills
- Excellent verbal and communicational skills
- Able to speak in a clear and convincing manner
- Computer skills – Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Candidates must read, write, and speak English fluently
