Should default occur in any terms indicated herein, we reserve the right to revoke this agreement and immediately proceed for the full balance then due.
If at any time during this arrangement we receive payment from Escrow and or a request for a Demand up to Escrow we reserve the right to revoke this agreement as it may limit our ability to settle. Any Demand submitted into Escrow will super code this settlement agreement letter.
Upon receipt of the settlement in full regarding this matter, we will then file with the court the “Satisfaction of Judgment” In addition, we will inform our client that this matter has been settled in full.

The collection law firm served a lawsuit to our client to collect a debt balance of $2,568.56. But a mutual out-of-court settlement was negotiated with Winn Law Group in the amount of $890.
